No, shipping and delivery in Bangalore is FREE (On full payments) , for EMIs, Installments, Shipping may be applicable based on location
HOW MANY DAYS DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE PRODUCT?
We deliver your electric companion within 7 days from the date of order and payment.

WHAT ABOUT SERVICE?
We will be your first point of contact for any issues and we try to resolve on-call or 'at home' service. In case the issue is complex and can't be solved by us, we route you to the manufacturer and be the liaison between you and the manufacturer.
Note: The normal mechanical issues (chain adjustment, Tightening screws, etc.) can be done at any normal bicycle shop. Any electrical related ( Motor, Battery) do not try to fix yourself, do reach out to us as the first point of contact.
HOW DOES THE WARRANTY WORK?
We are authorized dealers of our Brands/Manufacturers. Hence we provide a full manufacturer's warranty as applicable.
